House Lab, a rental agency operating in Tbilisi, Georgia.

What we hold

Your contact details, what you told us you are looking for, the properties we showed you, and our conversation with you. If you are a property owner, we hold what we needed to contact you about a specific client and what you told us about your property.

Why we contacted you

If we contacted you about your property, it is because we had a specific client whose requirements matched it. We record which client, and when. We do not send untargeted messages.

Stopping us

Reply STOP on any channel we used to reach you, or email privacy@houselab.ge. We act on it within seven working days and keep the record permanently, so we do not contact you again through any channel.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and then for one year, after which it is deleted. Records proving that you consented, or that you asked us to stop, are kept for the same period so that we can show what happened.
